Fees and Payment

Dr. Prochnau is a preferred (in-network) provider for most major insurance companies and will be happy to file your insurance claim for you.

We accept fee for service.  Please call for fee for service rates.

As plans change frequently, you should contact your insurance company to make sure Dr. Prochnau is an in-network provider and that the services of her practice are covered before your first visit.
